Who We Are

Impact Associates was born from a shared sense of purpose and shaped by meaningful work in unexpected places. We first met while leading a mediation development project in Kosovo, where we spent three years building capacity for professional mediation, peacebuilding, and sustainability. That work brought us into courthouses, government institutions, and communities—and ultimately, it brought us together.

 What began as a professional partnership soon became a lasting friendship, grounded in mutual respect, honesty, a strong work ethic, and plenty of laughter. Early on, we recognized something rare: for each of us, conflict resolution and prevention wasn’t a pivot—it was our first career. That shared foundation reflects our deep belief in this work and our unwavering commitment to doing it with integrity, purpose, and heart.

 We founded Impact Associates to offer thoughtful, neutral, and innovative approaches to conflict management and prevention, leadership alignment, coaching, and organizational transformation. Our goal is to help individuals and institutions navigate the complex spectrum of human interaction with clarity, respect, and impact.

 As our vision became clear, so too did the need to expand our team. We brought on practitioners who not only shared our values but also brought exceptional skill, insight, and dedication to our clients.
